Restrictions & Limitations
1. Piano must be located within our established service area.
2. Piano must be in good repair (serviceable & playable). All notes of the piano must play reliably.
3. Piano must be housed within a temperature controlled area and be easily accessible.
4. Piano will be tuned at its standing pitch at the time of service. Pitch raising or lowering will require a fee to be charged.
5. We will not be responsible for any repairs needed including string breakage during tuning.
6. If, upon evaluation of the piano, our technician decides for any reason the piano is not serviceable, this offer will become null and void.
7. Winner must schedule their free tuning within 30 days of email notification. Extra services desired will require additional charges
8. Only one free tuning allowed per customer.
